The Brazilian Socialite
3 ounces cachaça (21+)
1 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
1 oz grapefruit juice
4 shakes orange bitters
1 teaspoon of The Spice Hunter Orange Peel
1 teaspoon of sugar
Directions: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add first four ingredients to the shaker and shake well.
On a plate, mix together the Orange Peel and sugar. Take the orange wedge around the edge of the glass and then dip into the orange peel sugar mix.
Strain into chilled cocktail glasses with the orange peel sugar rim.
