Sweet & Spicy Marinated Tofu

1 lb. tofu
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup honey
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. coarse ground The Spice Hunter Salt Free Spicy Garlic Organic Grinder

Drain tofu and cut into ¼ inch wide slices. Line a baking sheet or large baking dish with 2 layers of paper towels, place tofu on towels, cover with another 2 layers of paper towels, then place another baking sheet or dish on top. Let sit for about 1 hour, changing top paper towels once. Place prepared tofu in a single layer in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over tofu. Let marinate for 1-2 hours, flipping tofu once. Remove tofu from marinade and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, flip and bake another 10-15 minutes until browned. If desired, pour remaining marinade from shallow dish into a small saucepan and heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until thickened and use to top tofu once baked.
