Spicy Szechwan Shrimp & Noodles

8 oz. thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta
1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Szechwan Seasoning Blend
¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 medium white or yellow onion, cut into wedges
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 cup bean sprouts

Cook pasta according to directions, drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking, combine seasoning, soy sauce, honey, vinegar and sugar in a small dish. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, onion and garlic to pan, sautéing for 2 minutes, being careful not to burn vegetables. Add shrimp and prepared sauce to pan and continue cooking until shrimp is heated and sauce has thickened slightly. Toss with cooked pasta and bean sprouts before serving.
