Spicy Lime Fish

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Thai Seasoning
¼ cup sesame oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1½ lbs. firm fish fillets (salmon, swordfish, red snapper, shark etc)

Coat each side of the fish with melted butter. Sprinkle with ½ Tbsp. Thai Seasoning and press in firmly, reserve rest of the Thai Seasoning for right before cooking. Combine other ingredients, then add fish. Marinate fish in blend for 30 min. Sprinkle the remaining Thai Seasoning on fillets. Grill or broil until cooked through.
