Spicy Bourbon Sidecar
4 ounces bourbon
1-1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
1ounce Triple Sec 2 strips orange zest
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. The Spice Hunter Cayenne powder + a pinch
On a small plate, mix the sugar and cayenne powder. Dip the edge of the glass in water or lemon juice then dip the rims into the sugar. Combine the Bourbon, lemon juice, Triple Sec, and a pinch of cayenne powder in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into the rimmed glasses. Serve with a strip of orange zest over each glass.
