Romaine Lettuce Wedge Salad with Roasted Garlic & Onion


  • 2 Romaine Lettuce Hearts
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup of chopped up cooked bacon
  • 1 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup of blue cheese dressing



Clean and dry Romaine Lettuce hearts, cut off the ends and discard. Place Romaine lettuce on a platter, inside of leaves up. Drizzle the blue cheese dressing, top with remaining ingredients. Add garnishes and serve immediately.
