Roasted Garlic Cornish Game Hens

4 Cornish Game Hens
2 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil, plus more for coating hens
1/3 cup white wine
1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
2 heads of garlic, pulled apart and with each clove peeled

salt, to taste

Heat oven to 450°F. Rub each hen with a small amount of oil, then grind Garlic Herb Sensation onto hens, sprinkle with salt and place in roasting pan. Place peeled cloves of garlic around hens and put a few cloves in the cavity of each hen. Place roasting pan into oven and cook for 25 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. In a bowl, combine the wine, broth, and 2 Tbsp. oil. Pour liquid over hens and cook for another 25 minutes or until the juices run clear. Remove hens from roasting pan and place on a platter. Cover with foil to let rest and keep warm. Pour the pan juices and garlic into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Keep cooking until the liquid thickens into a sauce. Serve hens with sauce.
