Paleo Vanilla Matcha Tea

Ingredients:

 6oz unsweetened almond and coconut milk blend
• 1 tsp organic matcha powder
• 1 tsp The Spice Hunter vanilla extract
• 1/2 Tbsp healthy sweetener of choice
• 1 scoop grass-fed collagen
• A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Steam your milk of choice to your desired temperature, being sure not to burn it. Then, froth in the matcha powder, and make sure there are no clumps left.

2. Next, add in your vanilla, salt, collagen powder and sweetener. Froth again to combine.

3. Once everything is mixed well, enjoy! Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
