Orange, Campari & Rosemary Elixir

2 oz orange juice
2 oz Campari
.5 oz rosemary simple syrup**
Sparkling wine

Combine the orange juice, Campari, and rosemary simple syrup in a shaker full of ice. Shake vigorously, strain into champagne flutes and top with sparkling wine. 

Rosemary Simple Syrup 
2 cups of water
2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of The Spice Hunter Rosemary

Place all ingredients in small saucepan on medium heat. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes while stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and let cool to infuse the flavors more. Strain into air-tight glass container and keep in the refrigerator for up to ten days
