Jerked Pork Ribs

3 lbs. meaty pork ribs
8 stalks green onions, cut into quarters
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
½ Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Jamaican Jerk Blend
2½ Tbsp. Sherry

Place all of the ingredients, except the pork, into food processor. Process until the green onion is coarsely chopped. Rub the mixture all over the ribs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Baste a few times. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Place the ribs and the juice in a roasting pan. Cover and bake for 2 hours or until the meat is very tender. Baste the ribs occasionally during the cooking process. If you should need a little more juice, add equal parts of water and sherry to the pan.
