Grilled Vegetables

1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 large carrot, sliced
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 bunch broccolini
½ cup baby portabella mushrooms
1-2 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Garlic Pepper Grilling Blend
2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt to taste

Preheat the grill to medium high heat. In a large bowl, toss all of the vegetables with the olive oil and desired amount of garlic pepper and salt. Transfer the mixture to a grilling pan. Grill the vegetables for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they are tender. Grill longer for softer vegetables.
