Fish Teriyaki

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Seafood Grill & Broil
¼ cup sesame seed oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1½ lbs. firm fish fillets (salmon, swordfish, red snapper, shark etc)

Coat each side of the fish with olive oil. Sprinkle with ½ Tbsp. Seafood Grill & Broil and press in firmly, reserve rest of Seafood Grill & broil for right before cooking. Combine other ingredients, then add fish. Marinate fish in blend for 30 min. Sprinkle the remaining Seafood Grill & Broil on fillets. Grill or broil for 2-4 minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook.
