Chili Spiced Chaat

⅓ cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. The Spice Hunter Chili Powder Blend
1 tsp. The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon

15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
¼ cup red onion, ¼-inch dice
1 cup tri-color creamer potatoes, cooked, cut into eighths
1 tsp. cilantro stems, minced
Kosher salt to taste
The Spice Hunter Coarse Black Pepper to taste

In a medium stainless steel bowl, mix together yogurt, chili powder, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.To the same bowl, add chickpeas, cilantro, red onion, potatoes, cilantro stems, salt and pepper. Fold together all ingredients gently with a rubber spatula until combined.
