California Roll Stuffed Avocados

3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. The Spice Hunter Japanese 7 Spice Global Blend
½ lb. cooked and peeled shrimp or crab meat
1 cup peeled, seeded, and diced cucumber
2 large avocados, halved and pitted
Soy sauce or tamari (for a gluten-free option), for topping
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice and Japanese 7 Spice; set aside.

2. Chop shrimp or crab into pieces about the same size as the diced cucumber.

3. Add the shrimp and cucumber to the mayonnaise mixture and stir well to coat. Chill for about 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.

4. Spoon the mixture evenly into the avocado halves and drizzle with soy sauce before serving. If desired, sprinkle with more Japanese 7 Spice for garnish.
